Doug Parscal about to Reveal a 7-figure Poker Cheating Scandal

Doug Parscal aka Snoopdoug has tweeted that he will soon reveal a 7-figure poker cheating scandal he was told about by a high stakes player.

The Californian live pro refused to give a name but wrote that he’s “someone who has a sterling reputation & who’s word really holds weight (Think Phil Galfond realm of reputation).”

One of the scandals is said to have occurred several years ago and was allegedly perpetrated by a friend of this high stakes figure who personally lost seven figures. This scammer was also said to be “beloved in the poker world.”

Pure Poker Cheating

Any sniff of a scam in the air is guaranteed to see Todd Witteles on the hunt for the truth and he was straight into this thread. The PokerFraudAlert forum owner wanted to know if this was pure poker scamming or just a scam aimed at poker players.

Snoopdoug replied it was pure “poker cheating.”

So, it looks like we will need to be patient for more details. Snoopdoug has been guided to where he can find out all the information, and in fact, he claims to have found it already.

One poster called for Joey Ingram to step in and help, an idea which was welcomed by Snoopdoug.

At the time of writing, Ingram hadn’t replied but Maria Konnikova did reach out to say her new book is on cheating and she would welcome the opportunity to hear more from Snoopdoug.

So now it’s just a waiting game while Snoopdoug makes sure that his facts are all correct.

Of course not everybody was keen to hear more about yet another cheating incident. One poster brought up the recent Rob Mercer scandal and how Snoopdoug was a part of introducing him to the wider poker community.
