Niklas “Lena900” Astedt is absolutely unstoppable when it comes to online tournaments. Last night he won PokerStars’ most expensive weekly tournament for the fourth time!
51 of the best tournament players in the world paid the $5,200 buy-in, which was just enough to exceed the $250K guarantee by $5,000.
A whopping $255,000 was in the prize pool with only six paid places. First player that cashed was the other big Swedish online legend “C.Darwin.2”, who also won a major title last night (see below).
Heads-Up Lena900 defeated PAX176 from Poland to win already his fourth Titans Event Title for a $89,642.34 score.
The legend C.Darwin2 ships Sunday Warm-Up
C.Darwin2 is widely recognized as one of the best tournament players in the world, having been in the top online rankings since years.
Last night he added another major title to his endless list of victories by shipping the legendary Sunday Warm-Up.
42 players registered and boosted the $30,000 guaranteed prize pool by 30%! In the end there was $42,000 up for grabs.
Again only six places were paid and “SwissAlgo” became the Bubble Boy, while “WhatIfGod” secured the $2,221.51 min-cash.
Heads-Up for the title were the two Scandinavian online regulars Jonathan “x_zola25” Skovsen and Simon “C.Darwin2” Mattson.
