First ever Poker Gamers Contest May 16th and 17th
It’s no secret, that online poker at Twitch and eSports have a lot of things in common and that many poker rooms are now trying to get more eSports gamers to play poker.
This is probably also the aim of the King’s Casino by organizing the first ever Poker Gamers Contest and streaming it live on their Twitch channel:

Betrand “ElkY” Grospellier among participants
The Poker Gamers Contest will have 8 competitors among them Team PokerStars Pro Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier, who started his career as a professional Starcraft player.
He will be challenged by several of the best Hearthstone, League of Legends, Dota2 and Counter-Strike players in the world:
- Sebastian “Forsen” Fors
- Craig “Onscreen” Shannon
- Alan “Hotted” Widmann
- Jeffrey “SjoW” Brusi
- Marcel “Dexter” Feldkamp
- Sophia “djarii” WhitKie
- Ted “PyrionFlax” Forsyth
They will compete in two games: A Sit and Go on May 16th, followed by a cash game on May 17th.
Poker Pro Fintan Gavin and Twitch streamer Kevin “RotterdaM08” van der Kooi will host the Contest on Twitch. The stream starts at 5.30 pm CET and the winner takes home €10,000!
