They Run the Board Twice, Player Gets Quads Twice
This crazy unlikely hand took place at the famous King’s Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic. They hosted a live-streamed €10/€25 Pot Limit Omaha cash game session with the title “Omaha with Hermann Pascha”.
Hermann “Pascha” Müller is a German recreational poker player and brothel chain owner. He receives quite a lot of media attention regularly. German newspapers often refer to him as “the brothel king”. He recently finished serving his 2-year sentence in the Augsburg prison for tax evasion.
Looks like his bad fate followed him to the poker table as well.
In the Cash Kings live stream from King’s Casino Rozvadov, he got dealt 7765 double suited from the button – so far, so good.
He saw the flop heads-up with a man from Croatia named Kiko. On that flop, he hit a 7 – even better.
They got it all-in for €4,800 total in the pot. Kiko was holding AA99 rainbow and thus was a heavy, 14% underdog.
Pascha and Kiko agreed to run the board twice. And that is where this poker video turned into a must-watch.
The first board ran out AA – four of a kind for Kiko. They’re not unheard of, especially in PLO. So the first half pot goes to Kiko, but at least he blew two of his outs – now there’s more of a chance for Pascha to hold, right?
The second turn was a 9. And the river: another 9. The Croatian player hit runner runner quads twice in a single hand!
