The boss of the Costa Rica-based poker site was mid-tournament when new rumours about Imsirovic surfaced, the Bosnian-born pro already banned from GGPoker for using real-time assistance (RTA).

Imsirovic was riding a wave of highroller tournament success until fellow crusher Alex Foxen outed him publicly as an RTA cheat last year.
“Poker black-list can’t come soon enough,” wrote Foxen, adding: “Ali is banned from GG for Multi-accounting and RTA. I have witnessed numerous chip dumps to horses, and many suspicious changes in play from people known to be his horses when deep in online MTTs.”
Imsirovic’s close friend, Jake Schindler, was soon also named as one of the most egregious cheats in the online highstakes world.
With both men relegated to persona non grata status at almost all major live tours and festivals, it appears that Imsirovic at least has taken to running a stable to make ends meet.
The rumours about just how unethical his and his stable’s behaviour is, though, have been doing the rounds for a while. Matt Berkey is among those who have been privy to allegations.
“What we have been hearing through back-channels is he has many, many, many accounts – he has been multi-accounting on many sites, most notably ACR. He has stayed in action and his stable is only growing in size.”

Berkey also tweeted: “Lots of rumors floating around that the stable is divided according to shifts; newer guys play early stages, mid stages are for vets, etc, with Ali Imsirovic and Chris Fitz closing out using dream machines… Just heresy [sic] though.”
Nagy’s offer of a $100k bounty to out the cheating ring was met by multiple responses, ranging from the humorous…

Both men were allowed to play last year’s WSOP, Schindler even winning a bracelet, but it remains to be seen whether or not either will choose, or be allowed, to attend this year’s festival.
