Regional Manager

As a regional manager, you will be responsible for delivering new business from your terrority, developing marketing campaignes and providing customer support. You will be responsible for managing your designated territory to deliver above quota sales performance and acquiring and managing key accounts. In addition to recruiting, managing and maintain business you will be working closely with other regionals and report to the head affiliate manager.

You will be expected to increase revenues and manage both existing & new affiliates from your territory to support the company´s overall acquisition. Simply put, this role is a vital resource for planning and execution of the overall acquisition and retention of our customers within your territory.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers & affiliates via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximize revenue generation
  • Nurturing existing customers & affiliates to deliver incremental revenue month on month, and negotiating commercial deals where necessary to attract additional revenue
  • Managing new projects that support conversion and retention of new customers & affiliates
  • Developing strategy briefs and online campaign marketing activities to target new business (customers & affiliates) from your territory including key accounts
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating all customers & affiliates marketing activity and reporting ROI of campaigns
  • Maintaining full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives in your territory
  • Creating monthly affiliate and player promotions and incentives to both keep existing affiliates actively promoting and recruit new customers & affiliates
  • Developing unique content for monthly newsletters including: affiliate industry updates, VIP-Grinders product and promotional news, and other relevant content for your territory
  • Monitoring and participating in main affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen affiliate relationships
  • Working in partnership with other regionals and our Head Affiliate Manager to deliver set revenue targets
  • Front line contact with existing customers & affiliates – handling queries, commercial negotiations and customer & affiliate support
  • Representing our brand & service on local fairs and live poker events

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in (poker) affiliate marketing and/or sales management
  • Deep knowledge of the (poker) gambling industry in your territory
  • Excellent communication (english & local native language) and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Passionate, professional, organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge and experience with content management systems (CMSs) and CRM
  • Basic Office, HTML and image editing knowledge

Workload: Fulltime
