WSOP Marrakech results 2026

Just days ago, we predicted this would be one of the standout tournament events of 2026, and the WSOP Circuit Marrakech final table did not disappoint.

From a record-breaking field of 1,694 entries, the WSOP Circuit Marrakech Main Event final table ended on Sunday night, with Sandro Carucci claiming the title, earning 3,000,000 MAD, a WSOP Circuit gold ring, and a €5,000 WSOP Paradise package.

While the chip lead changed hands repeatedly throughout the final day, the decisive moments came late, particularly during three-handed play, where two key hands reshaped the tournament and effectively cleared Carucci’s path to victory.

The final table opened with Raul, Malcolm Franchi, and Turlough McHugh each holding stretches of control. McHugh, in particular, proved difficult to eliminate, surviving multiple all-ins and repeatedly climbing back into contention after falling short.

Decisive Hand with 3 Left

The most important pot of the tournament occurred three-handed in a blind-versus-blind confrontation between Carucci and McHugh.

McHugh limped from the small blind, and Carucci checked. The flop came J♣ J♥ 2♠.

McHugh led for 1,000,000, which Carucci called. After McHugh checked the K♠ turn, Carucci bet 3,000,000, again receiving a call.

The 10♠ completed the board, putting a third spade on the river. Carucci bet 10,000,000, at which point McHugh check-raised all-in for 26,100,000.

Carucci went deep into the tank before eventually calling with 7♠4♠, having backed into a flush. McHugh was bluffing with A♠7♥.

The pot secured Carucci’s chip lead, which from there on our never took a major blow.

McHugh Eliminated in Third Place

McHugh was eliminated shortly thereafter in a preflop confrontation against Franchi.

McHugh moved all-in holding J♦8♠, and Franchi called with J♠5♥. The board ran K♥ K♦ 4♠ 5♠ 10♠, pairing Franchi on the turn and ending McHugh’s run in third place for 1,700,000 MAD.

Heads-Up Final Hand

Heads-up play between Carucci and Franchi was brief. Within two hands, both players picked up an ace, but Carucci paired his six on the flop holding A♣6♥ against Franchi’s A♠9♦, sealing the tournament and ending Franchi’s run in second place for 2,300,000 MAD.
