This week’s action review begins with Linus “LLinusLL0ve” Loeliger — a candidate for best online 6-max player in the world — taking on fellow high-stakes crusher SeaLlama.
The pair were battling with almost $100,000 on the table at the start of the heads-up match.

SeaLlama Takes Some Beats Versus LlinusLLove
The first hand of note comes with SeaLlama coming unstuck against a nasty board runout. The players are around $37,000 deep at stakes of $100/$200 NL.
SeaLlama opens to $500 with J♣ 5♥ and Linus calls.
The flop rolls out J♥ 8♥ 5♣ and Linus checks. SeaLlama goes for the over bet, leading out for $1,250 and gets a call with top and bottom pair.
On a turn of 5♠ Linus goes for a tiny lead of $500 and SeaLlama decides to only call with his full house.
The river is the 8♠, potentially counterfeiting SeaLlama’s full house, and now Linus goes for the check, seemingly giving up.
SeaLlama now bets out for $3,375 into a pot of $4,500, but Linus quickly comes back over the top for $14,625.
This is obviously a nasty spot for SeaLlama but he still makes the call after some thought, only to be soon given the bad news when we see Linus turn over A♣ 8♦ and he scoops the pot of $33,750.
Well, that can happen to anyone and so SeaLlama recomposed himself and moved onto the next hand.
This time Linus raises to $500 on the button and SeaLlama calls to see a flop with 7♣ 6♦.
The flop comes down as 7♦ 6♠ 3♥ and SeaLlama checks his top two pair. Linus goes for a c-bet of $720 and SeaLlama raises to $2,550. Linus makes the call.
The turn is the K♠ and SeaLlama checks over to Linus who puts in a half pot bet of $3,050.
Well, with two pair on this board where Kx might call, SeaLlama jams in the rest of his $16,950 stack and Linus quickly calls.
SeaLlama must have been thinking “oh not again” and indeed he gets the news that Linus made a better two pair on the turn with his K♦ 7♠.

Jared Bleznick Wins $2.5 Million in One Weekend
Jared Bleznick has once again been facing off against world-class opponents in super deep-stack heads up PLO, culminating in a win of $2.5 million.
And also once again it has been PencilArms and Giselle54 who provided much of the opposition for Bleznick as he turns back the clock for the nosebleed games scene that hasn’t been seen much since Full Tilt Poker became defunct.

In this first hand, Theblez and PencilArms square off at stakes of $1,000/$2,000 and are $211,000 deep.
PencilArms raises to $6,000 and Theblez three-bets to $18,000 with 9♣ 7♥ 7♣ 2♥. PencilArms then smashes in the four-bet, bumping it up to $54,000 and Theblez calls.
The flop runs out A♥ 8♦ :3h and the pot is already $108,800.
Theblez leads with a pot size donk bet and PencilArms quickly jams in the rest of his stack, leaving Theblez with a call of only $49,000 which he duly makes.
PencilArms flips over A♠ J♣ 7♠ 6♣ for top pair and the best hand. But Theblez has a flush draw to go with his pocket sevens and the pair agree to run it twice for the pot of $424,600.
The first turn and river come down as the 3♦ and 6♥ giving Theblez a flush.
And the second were the 7♦ and 6♦ to give Theblez a set against the two pair of PencilArms. What a start to the match!
See the rest of the major hands that won Jared Bleznick $2,500,000 in one weekend. Not quite what Jungleman managed in an afternoon three weeks ago, but still impressive!
