The action has been fierce from the very first hand with gameplay even more aggressive than expected. Even the most experienced of competitors have found the going tough.
Right from the off we have seen 60 tables running at the same time; a feat unheard of in online poker, let alone at these stakes.
Dutchman Gerritse, who once attempted a $1million bankroll challenge, was in the mix right from the first day, and then he accelerated to the top of the standings where he already looks to have an unassailable lead under normal conditions.
The six-max tables in use for the series play the same as normal but there is one difference that looks to be making adjusting tougher. At the end of every hand, all of the hole cards are turned over.
Not only are the games the toughest you could ever find, but there is also no place to hide. Every adjustment you make will be on display for all to see!
At least there is no rake to pay, though. And there is also $55,000 in prize money up for grabs and a $15,000 Rolex for the leaderboard winner.
Now this isn’t a leaderboard that is calculated in the usual way; it’s not volume or big blinds won, but instead it’s all about EV bb/100. CoinPoker is trying to reward the best player instead of those who only run the best.
Leaderboard Update #4 🔥@thevenividi1993 extends his lead and sits comfortably at the top, but the rest of the top 10 is still wide open
One big session could change everything.
