João Mourato is the man who makes VIP-Grinders easy to find online. He took over our SEO Products team in May 2024 and now drives every plan that pushes our casino, sportsbook, and poker pages to the top of Google.
João knows iGaming from many angles. He began in 2013, writing smart tennis-betting tips. Since then, he has worn a lot of hats:
- Ran a sportsbook day-to-day and set up player promos.
- Handled risk and built sports betting offers that players loved.
- Helped launch a fully licensed sportsbook and casino for the Portuguese market.
- Built a new sportsbook from scratch with a focus on smooth user journeys.
His previous roles taught João one big lesson: mix a great product with smart marketing, and players will keep coming back. He now uses that mix to steer VIP-Grinders’ SEO strategy.
João lives under the Maltese sun. When work is done, you’ll spot him on a tennis or padel court, racket in hand and a smile on his face.
