Three UFC fights have paid Tommy McMillen $300,000 in bonuses. The ACR Poker ambassador collected the third $100,000 cheque on 12 September, beating Marwan Rahiki by unanimous decision at Noche UFC in Glendale, Arizona to move to 12-0.
All three have come since his UFC debut in April, the latest as a Fight of the Night award. The total is before tax and sits on top of fight purses that have not been disclosed.
The Rahiki fight was also his second as an ambassador for ACR Poker (Americas Cardroom). The room marks its 25th anniversary in 2026, the occasion behind ACR Poker's $2.5M 25th Anniversary Tournament.
Three UFC Fights, Three $100,000 Bonuses
McMillen won his contract on Dana White's Contender Series and arrived in the UFC with a 9-0 record. He picked a good year for it.
The UFC doubled its Fight of the Night and Performance of the Night awards from $50,000 to $100,000 in January 2026, so the same run a year earlier would have paid $150,000.

The debut was the shortest of the three. Zecchini, in his first fight since 2023, charged from the opening bell and McMillen stopped him with a knee to the body and follow-up strikes.
Against Montes he landed 252 significant strikes, the most in any three-round fight in UFC history.
Rahiki Knocked Him Down in Round Two
Rahiki arrived unbeaten at 9-0, with every one of those wins inside the distance. In the second round the Moroccan dropped McMillen with a punch and followed up with knees as the American fought to survive.
McMillen recovered and took over the third. He scored a knockdown of his own, threatened a submission and kept the pace high to the final horn.

It was the first time in three UFC fights that McMillen needed the judges, and the first defeat of Rahiki's professional career. He spoke to reporters backstage afterwards.

Glendale is close to home for him. McMillen is from Great Falls, Montana, but lives and trains in Arizona alongside former bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley.
He was just as direct at the post-fight press conference. “Love or hate me, I give the people what they pay for,” he said.
What $300,000 Buys at ACR Poker's OSS XL
Poker players read money in buy-ins. McMillen's third bonus landed in the middle of OSS XL, the ACR Poker series that guarantees more than $50 million and runs to 29 September.

Where these numbers come from: the entry counts are our own arithmetic, the bonus total divided by each buy-in and rounded down. They use the pre-tax figure and say nothing about what McMillen has played.

McMillen Joins ACR Poker Ambassadors From Outside the Game
ACR Poker counts Noche UFC as McMillen's second outing in its colours, which places the deal before the Montes fight on 18 July. The room has not published a signing date or terms.

McMillen belongs to the second group, with one difference: he plays. ACR Poker's fight-week clips showed him at the online tables between training sessions.
Tommy McMillen Wants Another Fight Before the End of 2026
McMillen has said he wants to fight again before the end of 2026. No opponent or date has been confirmed. After his debut in April he said he hoped to fight three more times in 2026, and he has now had two of them.
One name is already in the queue. Featherweight Losene Keita, who won by first-round knockout at UFC Paris in September, called McMillen out within a day of the Rahiki fight.
