GGPoker Withdrawal Guide: Cashing Out Your Winnings

GGPoker decides how you get paid before you ever reach the withdrawal screen. You can only cash out through a method you have already deposited with, so the choice was made when you funded the account.

That is one of the main reasons a withdrawal gets rejected, and it has nothing to do with your balance or your account standing. Verification and bonus wagering account for most of the rest.

How to Withdraw Money from GGPoker?

The request takes under a minute. What happens after you submit it is where the waiting starts, and that is covered in the next section.

A pending request can be cancelled before it is processed, which returns the money to your playable balance. That is worth knowing but not worth using casually, since cancelling and resubmitting resets your place in the processing queue.

Verification has to be complete before your first withdrawal clears. If it is not, the request sits in the queue rather than failing outright, and you find out only when nothing arrives.

How long do Withdrawals at GGPoker take?

Two clocks run on every withdrawal. GGPoker processes the request, then the payment provider moves the money, and the second part is usually the longer one.

GGPoker’s own target is 24 hours for processing, extending to 72 in some cases. What happens after that depends entirely on the method.

The pattern is straightforward. E-wallets and crypto arrive the same day the request clears, while anything routing through the banking system adds business days on top.

Weekends matter more than people expect. A Friday evening request through a card can sit until Tuesday, because the provider side does not move on Saturday or Sunday even though GGPoker’s processing does.

Why Your Withdrawal Is Still Pending

Pending means the request has been submitted and not yet processed. It is a queue position rather than a problem, and most clear within the 24 hour window.

Four things extend it beyond that.

If a request has been pending for more than 72 hours with no message from GGPoker, that is the point to contact support rather than cancelling and resubmitting.

Withdrawal Methods at GGPoker

Your options here are not GGPoker’s full list. They are the subset you have already deposited with, filtered again by what your regional cashier supports.

The table covers what is available across GGPoker’s sites. GGPoker states that limits vary by method and region and are shown in the cashier, so the figures below combine what it publishes with what our own cashier displayed.

Paysafecard is the one method that appears at deposit and not here. It is a prepaid voucher, so there is nothing to send money back to, and players who fund that way withdraw through something else.

GGPoker says as much on the withdrawal screen itself, warning that some methods may not support withdrawals at all.

What Is the Minimum Withdrawal at GGPoker?

GGPoker publishes a standard minimum of $20 across most methods, with cryptocurrency higher at $50 and up to $100 on some networks.

That crypto floor is worth planning around. A player who deposits $50 in Bitcoin and wins $40 cannot take the $90 balance out that way if their network minimum sits at $100.

Many guides publish $10 as the e-wallet minimum. GGPoker’s own documentation says $20, and the cashier confirms the figure for your method before you submit.

At the other end, our cashier showed a maximum of USD 50,000 per transaction on Skrill. Anything above that is handled through the installment rule covered below.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals at GGPoker

Crypto is the fastest way off GGPoker once a request clears, arriving in minutes rather than business days. It is also the most restricted.

The $50 minimum is more than double the standard floor, rising toward $100 on some networks, and crypto is absent from every regulated cashier including Germany, the Netherlands and Ontario. Brazilian players cannot use it either, since the law prohibits licensed operators from handling it.

The Closed Loop Rule

GGPoker will only send money back the way it came. If you deposited with Skrill, Skrill is what appears at withdrawal, and a method you have never funded with does not show at all.

The reason is anti money laundering rather than inconvenience. Money that enters and leaves through the same verified account is traceable, while money that arrives one way and leaves another is not.

Two consequences follow. Your withdrawal options are set at the moment you deposit, so it is worth choosing a method you are happy to be paid through, and Paysafecard users need a second method before they can cash out at all.

Withdrawal Fees at GGPoker

GGPoker charges a flat $1 on every withdrawal. It does not vary by amount, and it applies whether you are taking out $20 or $20,000.

On the Ontario cashier the same fee is CAD $1.

A flat fee sounds harmless and behaves very differently depending on how you use it. The proportion you lose is entirely a function of how much you take out at once.

Withdrawing at the $20 minimum costs 5% of the money. Doing that weekly comes to $52 a year in fees on $1,040 withdrawn, which is a real cost for the convenience of taking money out often.

Batching is the whole answer. Twelve monthly withdrawals of $400 cost $12 a year, while fifty-two weekly withdrawals of the same total cost $52, for exactly the same $4,800 moved.

Crypto is the one method with a second cost. The $1 GGPoker fee still applies, and the blockchain network fee sits on top, which is small on Tron or Solana and can be significant on Ethereum during congestion.

The fee compares well against the deposit side, where Skrill and Neteller both charge 3%. A $100 deposit through Skrill costs $3, while a $100 withdrawal costs $1 whichever method it leaves by.

GGPoker Withdrawal Limits

GGPoker publishes two limits that actually affect what you can take out, and neither is the tiered structure most guides describe.

The first is a documentation threshold. Withdrawals above EUR 3,000, or the same total across any rolling 30 day period, can trigger a request for identification, proof of address and evidence of where the money came from. That is stated in clauses 3.5 and 3.6 of GGPoker’s terms.

The second is an installment cap. Winnings above $20,000 may be paid in installments of up to $20,000 per calendar month, at GGPoker’s discretion.

How Verification Affects Your Limits

Verification does change what you can withdraw, just not through named tiers. GGPoker states that deposit and withdrawal limits can be adjusted by further verifying your account through the Responsible Gaming tab in the cashier.

There are also two separate document triggers worth keeping apart. Identity verification is required by the time you reach $2,000 in deposits or withdrawals, while the EUR 3,000 withdrawal threshold triggers the heavier source of funds check on top.

Completing basic verification at signup rather than at your first cashout removes the most common cause of a stuck request. It takes ten minutes and there is no reason to leave it until money is waiting.

Why GGPoker Rejected Your Withdrawal

A rejected withdrawal almost never means something is wrong with your account. In most cases it is one of four rules, and three of them are fixable in a few minutes.

You Picked a Method You Have Not Deposited With

The closed loop rule again, and the most common cause. If a method appears greyed out or missing entirely, that is why.

Deposit through the method you want to be paid by, even a small amount, and it becomes available.

Your Account Is Not Verified

Verification is required before the first withdrawal clears. An unverified request does not always fail cleanly, so it can sit as pending rather than showing an error.

Submit ID and proof of address through the client or to kyc@ggpoker.com. Most accounts are confirmed within 24 hours.

The Amount Triggered a Document Check

A withdrawal above EUR 3,000, or that total across 30 days, is held rather than declined while GGPoker asks for source of funds documentation.

Providing it clears the original request. Ignoring the message leaves it stuck indefinitely.

Bonus Funds Are Not Cleared

Money credited from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirement is met. That balance is separate from your own deposits and winnings, and the cashier will not release it early.

Check the bonus progress in the client before assuming the balance is yours to take.

If none of the four applies and a request has been declined without explanation, contact support directly rather than resubmitting. A second identical request will usually be handled the same way as the first.

GGPoker Withdrawal Policy

Most of what governs a withdrawal sits in GGPoker’s terms rather than in the cashier. These are the clauses that actually affect what happens to your money.

Processing and Documentation

Standard processing is 24 hours and can extend to 72. Withdrawals above EUR 3,000 or the equivalent trigger a documentation request, which pauses the clock until you respond.

Verification can also be demanded within seven days of a request. Miss that window and the withdrawal is reversed back to your balance rather than paid out.

Withdrawals Above What You Deposited

Taking out more than you put in triggers a review. That is not a penalty, it is the standard check on any account where money has left larger than it arrived.

Expect it on a first significant win and factor the delay in rather than treating it as a problem.

Exchange Rates

The rate applied to a withdrawal is shown when you request it, and GGPoker is not liable for movement between then and the money landing.

That matters on slower methods. A bank transfer taking four business days can settle at a different real value than the figure you saw on screen.

Player Transfers

Money received through a player to player transfer cannot be withdrawn freely. GGPoker restricts it, and a balance built from transfers rather than play will not clear the cashier.

Cancelled Withdrawals

Cancelling returns the money to your playable balance, and what happens to it afterward is your responsibility. If you cancel a $2,000 request and lose it at the tables, GGPoker has no obligation to make it whole.

That is the real reason to avoid casual cancelling, more than the queue position.

Large Withdrawals

Winnings above $20,000 may be paid in installments of up to $20,000 per calendar month, at GGPoker’s discretion. That is the only installment rule GGPoker publishes.

Fraud and Compliance Review

Every withdrawal passes an internal check for fraud, money laundering and regulatory compliance. Most clear automatically, and the ones that do not generate a document request rather than a rejection.

GGPoker can cancel a withdrawal outright if the documentation it asks for is not provided.
