If you skipped the opening week of the Global Online Poker Championship, you have missed almost nothing that matters. The full $4,250,000 Main Event trio is still open, and all four $1,000,000 GTD CoinMillion editions are still ahead, starting September 6.
CoinPoker’s biggest series ever runs from August 23 to September 28, carrying $50,000,000 in guarantees across more than 700 medal events. Three regional schedules keep Europe, LATAM, and Asia playing in their own prime time.
Four weeks remain as of September 1, and the biggest guarantees of the schedule are still to come.
Where these numbers come from. All figures below are taken from CoinPoker’s official GOPC pages and its announcements on X, re-checked on September 1. Guarantees can move mid-series, so treat the official schedule in the client as final.
What’s Still Winnable in the Global Online Poker Championship
The series was structured so late arrivals lose nothing. Day 1 flights for all three Main Events run deep into September, and every marquee event from here carries a seven-figure guarantee.

The $530 Main Event is the flagship at $3,000,000 GTD, with Sunday flights running until Day 2 closes the whole series. The $55 Global Main ($1,000,000 GTD) and $11 Global Mini Main ($250,000 GTD) run three daily flights on most days.
Both smaller Mains hold last-chance flights on September 20 before their Day 2s on September 21. Miss those and only the flagship route remains.
- Sept 6: first CoinMillion GOPC Edition, $215 buy-in, $1,000,000 GTD, plus the opening $530 Main Event flight at 17:30 server time.
- Sept 13 to 19: PKO Championship week across all regions with up to $250,000 GTD, and the second $1M CoinMillion.
- Sept 20: last-chance flights for the Global Main and Mini Main, plus the one-off $150 CoinMasters BITCOIN at $500,000 GTD.
- Sept 22: the $25,500 Super High Roller Championship, a single-day event with $1,000,000 GTD.
- Sept 27 & 28: the fourth CoinMillion, regional Championships up to $400,000 GTD, and the $530 Main Event Day 2.
Medals, Teams & $350,000 in Extra Promotions
Every GOPC medal event awards Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals to its top three finishers. Gold Medals are real trophies shipped to champions after the series, while Silver and Bronze land as digital awards in the Trophy Cabinet.
The regional framing is more than scheduling. Each region is fronted by a GOPC Team: Patrick Leonard and Mario Mosböck lead Europe, Alejandro “Papo MC” Lococo and Yuri Dzivielevski front LATAM, and Steve Yea and Congya Zhang represent Asia.
On top of the prize pools, $350,000 in series promotions tracks your results automatically from the first hand.
- $200,000 Regional Leaderboards: nine boards in total, with High, Mid, and Low tiers for Europe, LATAM, and Asia. Europe's High tier alone pays $55,000 across 10 places.
- $20,000 Podium Race: Gold Medals score 10 points, Silver 5, Bronze 2. The top five point scorers split the pool after the series.
- $130,000 in Bankroll Boosts: tournament tickets, personalized missions, and second-chance rewards for players stuck in a downswing.
How CoinPoker Built Up to a $50M Series
Two years ago a guarantee this size on CoinPoker would have sounded absurd. The room ran a minimalist client, a thin tournament schedule, and traffic nowhere near the industry leaders.
The 2026 numbers rest on a run of product decisions rather than marketing spend. Four moves this year explain most of the gap.
- January 18: CoinPoker announced 98 bot accounts banned with balances confiscated, redistributing $156,446 to affected players.
- March 2: the old client was fully replaced. The new software added a built-in HUD, PLO6, bomb pots, All-In or Fold, and a mobile app.
- August 9: the CoinMillion hit its 4,000 unique-entry cap before late registration closed and passed its $1,000,000 guarantee organically for the first time.
- August 23: the GOPC opened, pushing CoinPoker's guaranteed prizes across its major 2026 series past $133 million.

The Rakeback Stack During the GOPC
