Kirill Seregin is a former professional poker cash game player who has been writing for VIP-Grinders since 2018. He built our poker calculator hub, eleven free tools covering equity, ICM, variance, bankroll and rakeback, and he covers poker strategy, online poker rooms and the crypto side of iGaming. He also runs the cashier testing that sits behind the casino reviews on this site.

What Kirill Tests

Anyone can read a payments page. What it does not tell you is whether the money actually comes back out, and how long it takes when it does.

Kirill opens accounts in his own name and funds them with his own money, usually in ETH or USDT. Not a press account, not an account the operator knows belongs to us.

From there he works through the cashier the way a player would. Deposit, play, request a withdrawal, and then wait for it to land rather than stopping at the confirmation screen. What he finds goes into the review and into the bonus code page for that operator.

Where the payout does not arrive as advertised, that is what the page says. Our testing methodology sets out where this fits alongside the rest of the process, and what we do not test.

Background

Before VIP-Grinders, Kirill produced most of his early iGaming work for VIP-Bet, and later spent time at Gaming Innovation Group. That is operator-side and affiliate-side experience, which is a large part of why he knows where the gaps between a marketing page and a live account tend to open up.

He has been a crypto investor since 2016. From 2019 to 2024 he wrote mainly for Blockchainwelt and Coin-Ratgeber, two German crypto publications, and has published guides and explainers with t3n and BondGuide.

Outside VIP-Grinders

Kirill was involved in building Krypto-Verzeichnis.de, a German directory connecting people to crypto tax advisers, lawyers and specialists. It is a commercial site with its own partnerships, unconnected to VIP-Grinders.
