GGPoker Affiliate Program
GGPartners is the affiliate program behind GGPoker, and it publishes its contract rather than summarizing it. Six separate agreements sit on its terms page, covering Ontario, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, markets regulated under an MGA license, and everywhere else. Almost every figure below can be checked against a clause number.
Which agreement binds you depends on where you operate, and they are not identical. Affiliates outside those five regulated markets contract with GG International Limited under an Isle of Man license, rather than with the NSUS entities named in the others.
What the terms show is a program precise about its own protections and quiet about yours. No commission rate is published in any of the six. The rate agreed at onboarding can be reduced, converted or withheld under clauses you accept when you sign.
How revenue share, CPA and hybrid deals work in general is covered on our page on how poker affiliate commission models work. Everything here is specific to GGPartners.
If you are a player rather than an affiliate, our GGPoker review covers the player side.
Who You Sign With as a GGPoker Affiliate
GGPartners is the affiliate program behind GGPoker and its sister brands, and GGPoker is only one of them. PokerOK, GGPokerUK, GGPuke, Natural8 and the WSOP branded rooms all run on the same network, which we cover in our breakdown of every GGNetwork skin.
Every agreement restricts you to a defined territory, so which brands you can promote depends on which one you sign.
Which company you contract with depends on where you operate. The six agreements name three separate entities under different regulators, and the governing law changes along with them.
| Where You Operate | Contracting Company | Regulator | Governing Law (from the published terms) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ontario | NSUS Limited | AGCO and iGaming Ontario | Ontario |
| United Kingdom | NSUS Limited | UK Gambling Commission | England |
| Netherlands | NSUS Malta Limited | Kansspelautoriteit | Malta |
| Germany | NSUS Malta Limited | Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder | Malta |
| MGA markets | NSUS Malta Limited | Malta Gaming Authority | Malta |
| Everywhere else | GG International Limited | Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission | England |
Every row above comes from the agreements themselves, last updated 1 March 2024. Anyone operating outside those five markets signs the last row. That agreement is with an Isle of Man licensed company under English law, rather than with the Irish or Maltese entities named in the others.
Its clause numbering matches the Ontario version. The UK agreement numbers its commission clauses in the nines, and the Netherlands, German and MGA versions use the sixes.
Which desk handles your market
GGPartners routes applications regionally rather than through one inbox, and the desk you reach determines who negotiates your rate.
| Region | Desk |
|---|---|
| Europe, UK, Ireland, Canada, LATAM, Africa | partners@ggpoker.com |
| South East Asia | affiliates@natural8.com |
| CIS | partners@pokerok.com |
| Ukraine | adv@ggpoker.ua |
GGPartners publishes that routing on its own site rather than in the affiliate terms, and it is the clearest evidence that Natural8 is not a separate program. It is the South East Asia desk of the same operation, so an affiliate covering both markets is negotiating one relationship rather than two. What changes at that desk is covered on our Natural8 affiliate program page.
The UK, Netherlands, German and MGA agreements name the reporting portal as the GGPartners Platform and describe it as a third party portal. The Ontario and rest of world versions call it the Affiliates Information Site and never name it.
Affiliate directories identify the underlying software as Quintessence, though they do not agree with each other and GGPartners does not confirm it anywhere.
How GGPoker Calculates Your Affiliate Commission
Five of the six agreements define net revenue the same way, with one line worded differently. The UK version points to an appendix that is not reproduced on the terms page. The deductions are only half of it, because your players’ rake is allocated to you before anything is subtracted.
How your players’ rake is allocated
You are not paid on the rake generated at the tables your players sit at. You are paid on each player’s share of each individual pot.
The rake allocation formula
That formula is stated identically in every regional agreement: clause 5.3 in the Ontario and rest of world versions, 9.3 in the UK, and 6.3 in the Netherlands, German and MGA versions.
A player who folds without putting money in the pot earns you nothing from that hand, however busy the table. Blinds and antes count as contribution, so folded hands are not always worth nothing.
GGPartners also reserves the right to change that allocation model at any time, and to apply the change to existing players as well as new ones. Clause 5.4, 9.4 or 6.4 depending on which agreement you signed.
What the deductions actually cover
Six things come off before your percentage is applied, and one of them is considerably broader than its name suggests.
Third party fees cover payment processing, end user verification and validation, software royalties and game content fees. The Ontario and rest of world versions then name Facebook fees specifically, where the Netherlands, German and MGA versions say fees attributable to social media.
What the agreements never do is set the deductions out as an equation. WPT Partners publishes one openly, which is rare enough in this market to be worth comparing against.
The loyalty question the terms leave open
One of those six reads credits, bonus, bonus points or other promotional amounts. GGPoker’s loyalty program pays players in points. Whether it falls inside that phrase is not stated in any of the six agreements.
It matters because the answer decides whether the room’s own rewards come out of your commission before your percentage is applied.
| Program | Loyalty Treatment | Source |
|---|---|---|
| GGPartners | Deducts bonus points and promotional amounts. Does not say whether the loyalty program counts | Published affiliate terms |
| Natural8 | Subtracts its loyalty reward from poker revenue explicitly, before the share is applied | Reported by affiliate directories, not confirmed in the published terms |
Same network, same operator, documented one way at the regional desk and left open in the central agreement. Ask before you sign, because it is the largest variable in the calculation and the one thing the terms do not settle.
What you can and cannot check
Every agreement describes the reporting portal as informational only and not to be relied on for payment. Where it disagrees with the company’s records, the company’s records govern.
Ontario and rest of world go further, calling those figures the sole and authoritative record, not open to review or appeal.
Negative Carryover and What Can Change After You Sign
A losing month does not reset. The negative balance carries into the following months until it is fully offset, and the same clause lets GGPartners issue you an invoice for it instead.
That second option is the part worth reading twice. It turns a bad month from something you work off over time into something you can be billed for, at the company’s discretion.
Germany is the only exception, and only because there is no revenue share there to go negative.
Four further clauses let GGPartners change what you are paid after you have signed.
| What Can Change | What the Clause Allows | Where It Sits (all from the published terms) |
|---|---|---|
| Negative carryover | Negatives carry forward until offset, or GGPartners invoices you for the balance | Ontario and rest of world 5.11, UK 9.8, Netherlands and MGA 6.8. Absent from the German terms |
| Scheme conversion | Your commission scheme can be converted to a different one | Ontario and rest of world 5.12, UK 9.9, Netherlands and MGA 6.9, Germany 6.8 |
| Five depositor threshold | Fewer than five new depositing players in a calendar month, and commission may be cut to 15% | Ontario and rest of world 5.27, UK 9.21, Netherlands and MGA 6.16, Germany 6.15 |
| Three month rule | No qualifying players for three consecutive months, and commission may be reduced | Ontario and rest of world 5.15, UK 9.12, Netherlands and MGA 6.12, Germany 6.11 |
| Market exit | Marketing stops in a jurisdiction and commission accrued from it is not paid | Ontario and rest of world 5.21, UK 9.15, Netherlands and MGA 6.15, Germany 6.14 |
Two of these carry protection in some markets and none in others. Scheme conversion requires written notice and prior consultation in the UK, Netherlands, German and MGA agreements, and the Ontario and rest of world versions require neither.
Market exit runs the same way. Four agreements say GGPartners will notify you as soon as it is practicable. Ontario and rest of world say it can happen without notice to you.
New affiliates get six months. The five depositor threshold does not apply until you are six months past approval, and the same clause allows an increase rather than a cut where an affiliate shows consistent growth.
The GGPoker Affiliate Rakeback Ban
Affiliates and agents may not offer players private rakeback deals, rake races or rake chases on the GGPoker network. That restriction changed how this market competes, because passing part of your commission back to players was the standard way smaller affiliates won traffic.
The enforcement history and the contract sit in different places, and they carry different weight.
- Unauthorized player incentives are classed as fraud. Termination is immediate and all accrued commission is forfeited. Ontario and rest of world 5.18, UK 14.2, Netherlands, German and MGA 11.2. Stated in the published affiliate terms.
- Reward schemes cannot pay more for playing longer or more often. Which is exactly what a rake race does. Annexure A, rest of world agreement. Stated in the published affiliate terms.
- Promotions need prior written approval. Run an unapproved one and no commission is payable on it. Ontario 3.5, UK 7.3, rest of world 3.4. Stated in the published affiliate terms.
- The decision dates to the end of 2024. Enforced through 2025, existing deals terminated, still in force. Reported consistently by multiple affiliates, not in the published terms.
The contract half is checkable. The timeline half is not, because no GGPoker or GGPartners announcement of the change is public anywhere we can find. It rests on reporting from competing affiliates, corroborated across several of them.
What the terms do say is enough on its own. Offering players an incentive GGPartners has not approved is classed as fraud rather than as a breach, and the remedy is termination plus forfeiture of everything accrued.
What this leaves you competing on
Player rewards now run only through GGPoker’s own loyalty system, which replaced Fish Buffet on 30 January 2026. That system is the room’s, not yours, and you cannot add to it or undercut it.
Ontario goes further than every other market. Affiliates there may not display or discuss any bonus, promotion or inducement for GGPoker on any medium, including social media and blogs, under clause 3.1 of the Ontario terms.
GGPoker Affiliate Payment Terms and Minimums
The $1,000 minimum is the figure that decides whether a smaller affiliate gets paid at all. It applies in every one of the six agreements, and anything below it rolls into the following month rather than being paid out.
Two sources describe the timing, and they do not conflict once you line them up.
| Detail | What Applies | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum payout | $1,000, uniform across all six agreements | Published affiliate terms. Ontario and rest of world 5.14, UK 9.11, Netherlands and MGA 6.11, Germany 6.10 |
| Contractual window | Monthly, within approximately 30 days of the month ending | Published affiliate terms. Ontario and rest of world 5.8, UK 9.7, Netherlands, German and MGA 6.7 |
| Actual processing | Around the 15th of the following month, three business days to process, two to three more for the withdrawal to land | Published by GGPartners, not in the affiliate terms |
| Methods | Neteller, Skrill, Bitcoin, USDT, bank transfer, or direct to a GGPoker account | Published by GGPartners, not in the affiliate terms |
| Attribution window | Not published anywhere | Absent from all six agreements and from the FAQ |
So the practical timeline is roughly twenty days after the month ends, sitting comfortably inside a contractual ceiling of thirty. The thirty days is the limit rather than the schedule.
The number nobody publishes
No cookie duration or attribution window appears in any of the six agreements, on the GGPartners FAQ, or anywhere on the affiliate site. Neither does any policy on whether a player can later be reassigned to a different affiliate.
That absence matters more than it looks. It means how long a click stays yours, and whether a player you introduced can be claimed by someone else, are both decided by whatever your desk tells you rather than by anything you can point to afterward.
Ask for it in writing at onboarding, alongside the rate.
What happens if you go quiet
An account that sends no first time depositors for ninety consecutive days is classed as inactive and can be suspended. Anything accrued stays withdrawable for one year from suspension, after which you lose the right to it.
That rule appears in the Ontario, UK and rest of world agreements. The Netherlands, German and MGA versions have no inactive account provision at all.
The GGPoker Agent Model
An agent is not an affiliate on a better rate. It is a different arrangement with different obligations, and GGPoker runs it as a separate product called the Channeling Solution.
Affiliates send traffic through tracking links and get paid on what those players rake. Agents create player accounts manually, credit and debit those accounts from their own back office, and build sub agent structures beneath them.
- Manual account creation. Players are set up inside your own back office rather than signing up through a link.
- Player fund control. The back office carries credit and debit tools and a player control panel.
- Sub agents. You create them directly from your interface, which is how downlines are built.
- Brand tagged client. Your logo appears at the top of the poker app and on the table felt.
- Managed compliance. KYC verification and customer service are handled for you, under a dedicated support address.
What the affiliate terms do not cover
All five of those features come from GGPoker’s own Channeling Solution page. None of them appears in the affiliate terms, and the six agreements this page has quoted throughout say nothing at all about an agent handling player deposits and withdrawals.
That is not an oversight. The Channeling Solution is a separate commercial arrangement, negotiated through a different contact, and the affiliate terms are simply not the document that governs it.
The practical consequence is worth stating plainly. When money moves between a player and an agent, it moves outside the framework that the published terms describe, and the operator’s dispute machinery is built around the player’s account rather than around that relationship.
Rates are not published for agents any more than they are for affiliates. Affiliates report that agents typically earn a higher share, which reflects the operational load they carry rather than a better deal on the same work.
Anyone considering the model should also read what the network itself has said about stables operating on its rooms, since the boundary between an agent structure and a stable is where most of the enforcement pressure has landed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do GGPoker affiliates earn?
No rate is published in any of the six regional agreements or anywhere on the GGPartners site. Revenue share, CPA and hybrid deals are all offered, with the percentage set at onboarding based on the traffic you expect to send. Two clauses can reduce it afterward. Commission may be cut to 15% in any month where you produce fewer than five new depositing players, and it may be reduced if you produce no qualifying players for three consecutive months. New affiliates are exempt from the five player threshold for their first six months.
Can GGPoker affiliates offer players rakeback?
No. Affiliates and agents may not offer private rakeback deals, rake races or rake chases on the GGPoker network. The affiliate terms classify unauthorized player incentives as fraud, which permits immediate termination and forfeiture of all accrued commission. Player rewards run only through the room’s own loyalty system, which replaced Fish Buffet on 30 January 2026.
Is Natural8 the same affiliate program as GGPoker?
Yes. Natural8 is the South East Asia desk of GGPartners rather than a separate program. GGPartners routes South East Asian applications to affiliates@natural8.com and other regions to different desks within the same operation, so the network, platform and restrictions are shared. An affiliate covering both markets is negotiating one relationship rather than two.
